Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy on refunds and cancellations for Party Tambola services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

Free to Play

Party Tambola is a completely free game. There are no mandatory charges, subscription fees, or paid transactions required to download, install, or play the game. You can enjoy the full Tambola experience without spending any money.

Since Party Tambola is free to use, there are currently no purchases to refund or subscriptions to cancel. You can simply uninstall the app at any time if you no longer wish to use it.

Future Premium Features

In the future, Party Tambola may introduce optional premium features or in-app purchases to enhance your gaming experience. These could include cosmetic items, special themes, or additional game modes. If and when such features are introduced, the following refund policy will apply:

Google Play Store Purchases

All in-app purchases made through Party Tambola are processed by Google Play. As such, refund requests for in-app purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase: You can request a refund directly through Google Play. Google typically processes these refunds automatically. To do this, go to Google Play Order History, find the purchase, and select "Request a refund."
  • After 48 hours: If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, you may still contact us at support@partytambola.in to request a refund. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and process eligible refunds promptly.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Technical issues that prevented you from receiving or using the purchased feature
  • The purchased feature did not function as described
  • Unauthorised purchases (for example, by a child without parental consent)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • You simply changed your mind after making a purchase
  • You used or consumed the purchased item or feature before requesting a refund
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of Account

You may stop using Party Tambola at any time by simply uninstalling the app from your device. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please send an email to support@partytambola.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," and we will process your request within 30 days.

How to Request a Refund

If you need to request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Try Google Play first: Visit your Google Play Order History and request a refund for the specific transaction.
  2. Contact us: If Google Play cannot process your refund, email us at support@partytambola.in with the following details:
    • Your Google Play order number or transaction ID
    • The email address associated with your Google Play account
    • A brief description of the reason for your refund request
  3. Processing time: We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Google Play.

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
